Remember The Titans are too strict with strong performances by Will Patton, Ryan Hurst, Wood Harris, Donald Faison and Greg Alan Williams.Based on a true story, Remember The Titans following the 1971 TC Williams High School Titans football team and their struggle with the integration. Washington is Herman Boone, who runs up against racism after he was brought to the Titans coach. Patton is Bill Yoast, the man Boone replaced as coach. Washington and Patton are only two pieces of the puzzle, allowing Remember The Titans true gem. However, the strength and the real beauty of Remember The Titans do not come from Washington or Patton, but the Titan players because they are the ones that give the strongest performance in the film.I saying that the best performance of the whole movie other than Washington and Patton, the young actress who Bill Yoasts daughter, Hayden Panitierre portrayed. In Remember The Titans is a young actress single handidly done watching this movie. Her talent shines through and her presence on the screen is as fresh as the daily air again, when she looks on screen. It's so nice to see that his talent as discovered.I hesitated to see Remember The Titans, because I do not want to see another football film but it's more than just a football movie. Remember The Titans is a special film that has special activities and is worth every dollar you spend to rent this movie.
